About This Wedding Seating Chart Tool

This free, browser-based wedding seating chart planner was built by a small independent team of engineers who once planned weddings with spreadsheets — and swore never again.

What this wedding seating chart tool is

One planner, seven focused tools: a wedding seating chart, table numbers, place cards, seating templates, a welcome-board sign, a hands-on how-to walkthrough, and an A–Z alphabetical chart. Every tool reads the same guest list from your browser, so a table renamed once updates everywhere.

Everything is free, with no accounts, no watermarks, and no locked export. If a button says Print, it prints.

Your data stays yours

Guest lists never leave your device. The planner stores your project in your own browser (IndexedDB, with a local mirror) and offers a JSON backup for moving between devices. We run no ads, no analytics scripts, and no tracking cookies — see the Privacy Policy for the plain-language version.

How we build

Print outputs are re-rendered from your data as vector text — never screenshots — so names stay sharp on paper. We only claim paper sizes we have physically tested; larger poster sizes will appear after real print verification, not before. The project launched in October 2026 and is actively maintained.

Get in touch

The wedding seating chart planner is self-serve by design, and we have not published a support email yet. When a feedback channel opens, it will be announced on the Contact page — nothing will be hidden behind a form you cannot find.
